Notices we prepare
The most requested notarized notices in Dubai and the northern Emirates:
- Eviction notice for landlords — إنذار إخلاء
- Payment notice for unpaid invoices, rent or cheques — إنذار بالسداد
- Notice to cease an infringement — إنذار بوقف التعدي
- Notice to execute an agreement — إنذار بتنفيذ اتفاقية
- Damage compensation notice — إنذار تعويض عن أضرار
Eviction notices and the 12-month rule
Landlords in Dubai who want the property back for sale or personal use must give the tenant twelve months' notice through the notary public or by registered mail. A notice sent only by email or WhatsApp is commonly rejected by the Rental Dispute Centre.
We prepare the notice with the correct tenancy, Ejari and ownership details, notarize it, and advise on the timing so your case is not thrown out on a technicality.
Payment and debt notices
Before filing a payment claim, a notarized notice giving the debtor a clear deadline strengthens your position and often resolves the matter without litigation.
We state the amount, its legal basis, the deadline and the consequences of non-payment, in language a UAE court recognizes.
How the process works
Send us the underlying documents — contract, tenancy, invoices, cheques or correspondence. We draft the notice, confirm the fee, notarize it, and hand you the registered copy along with instructions on how and when to serve it.
Most notices are drafted and notarized within one working day.
