When you need a notarized declaration
Typical cases: a parent consenting to a child travelling with the other parent, proving single status for a marriage abroad, confirming financial support for a family visa, or acknowledging that an employer or debtor has settled what was owed.
Each authority has its own expectations for wording. We confirm what the receiving party needs first, so the declaration is not rejected after it is signed.
Debt acknowledgment notarized in the UAE
A debt acknowledgment (إقرار مديونية) records the amount owed, the repayment schedule and the consequences of default. Notarized by a licensed notary, it is strong evidence before UAE courts and, when its legal conditions are met, can support faster enforcement than a full lawsuit.
We draft it in Arabic or bilingual wording for individuals and companies, across the UAE and for parties abroad. A party without an Emirates ID can sign with a valid passport.
Using a declaration abroad
A declaration notarized in Dubai and needed in another country usually requires UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation, then the destination country's embassy where required. The UAE is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, so we explain the correct route for your country.
